FRANKY SMART (aka) CLAIRE WALTERS
FRANKY SMART (aka: Claire Walters) is a multi-talented entertainer and MC who has been performing for audiences around the world for over 20 years. From musical and cabaret productions to corporate events, festivals, pubs and clubs, Franky brings her special brand of entertainment wherever she goes. Her performances are always delivered with a unique charm and professionalism that has delighted audiences everywhere. Whether it’s a wedding or a corporate event, Franky can provide the perfect entertainment to make your event a success.
Franky is based in Brisbane (Meaanjin) and holds a Bachelor of Music majoring in Jazz from the Queensland Conservatorium of Music and was a Finalist in the James Morrison Vocal Scholarship. With such a solid and fulfilling background, Claire brings a wide range of experience and knowledge to her performances.
From the age of two, she has trained in many forms of dance and it was her love of music and dance that then led her to add vocals to her repertoire. She is passionate about creating a unique and entertaining experience for all of her audiences. Whether it be a wedding, corporate event or private party, she loves to share her talents.
Franky's unique style and wide range of skills have enabled her to work alongside some of Australia's finest talent, including the late and great Bert Newton and Doug Parkinson, Patti Newton and most recently, Rhonda Burchmore, Robert Mills and Dale Pengelly.
Franky is passionate about entertaining and loves to share her enthusiasm and love of performing with everyone she meets.

It's a pleasure that we get to work with such talented artists who make us look good.
I want to emphasise how rare and helpful it is to have bands that are eager to chat to AV directly in the lead up, who arrive on time and can rehearse quickly with no fuss. Chatting with the AV guys, they mentioned how impressive it is for you to mix your own audio and also how quickly you managed to rehearse.
They said they've seen a lot of bands in their time and you were the best they'd come across in a very long time. Pitch perfect the entire night and you were all so in sync. You guys are a true talent and great at what you do so thank you for sharing it with us.
The client was super happy with how the night went and wanted to pass her thanks on to you all. Cannot wait to work with you guys again on the next one.
